TWO World Junior records set by Stefan
Although this was an Elite competition, Stefan was in the unique position of competing as both an Elite athlete and as a Junior athlete.

On Day 2 Stefan set the Junior World Record in the 1 Kilometre Time Trial at 1:00.578 (1 minute and 0.578 seconds).
This photo showcases the variety of emotions experienced after a kilo ride!
Update: Stefan’s Kilo Time Trial record was broken two years later.
Extremely proud to hold the new Junior Kilo World Record!!
