TWO World Junior records set by Stefan

Although this was an Elite competition, Stefan was in the unique position of competing as both an Elite athlete and as a Junior athlete.

On Day 2 Stefan set the Junior World Record in the 1 Kilometre Time Trial at 1:00.578 (1 minute and 0.578 seconds).

This photo showcases the variety of emotions experienced after a kilo ride!

Update: Stefan’s Kilo Time Trial record was broken two years later.

Extremely proud to hold the new Junior Kilo World Record!!
Thank you so much to everyone who has supported me along my cycling journey this far.

This record still stands today (updated November 2023).
